1. Where are your clothes made?
All our clothes are proudly designed and crafted in Pakistan, with attention to detail and quality in every piece.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery within Pakistan on all orders above 4999 PKR
3.How long will my order take to arrive?
Within : 8-10 business days.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp or email. You can use it to track your parcel online through the courier’s website.
6. Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?
Currently, we offer ready-to-wear pieces only. Custom stitching or alterations are not available at the moment.
7. Are your sizes true to standard?
Yes, our sizes follow standard Pakistani sizing. A detailed size chart is provided with every product to help you choose the right fit.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
9. What if I don’t like the items received?
If you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange within 7 days (provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with tags attached). Sale items are non-exchangeable.
10. When will I receive my refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed as store credit or exchange within 7–10 working days after receiving your returned parcel.
11. What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?
The courier will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If still undelivered, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
12. Can I exchange my item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. For details, please check our Return & Exchange Policy.
